By creating an account, browsing the platform, booking coaching sessions, purchasing content, or using ProCoach in any way, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Purpose
ProCoach is a marketplace that connects players with coaches and allows users to purchase coaching sessions, subscriptions, and digital content. We provide the platform infrastructure, but individual coaches are responsible for the services and content they offer.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
4. Payments and Fees
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Coaches may be charged platform fees as disclosed on the platform. Prices, fees, and available services may change over time.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility may depend on the nature of the purchase, the timing of the request, and the circumstances involved. Approved refunds will be processed back through the original payment method where possible.
6. Coach Content and Services
Coaches are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and delivery of their services and content. ProCoach may remove content or suspend accounts that violate platform rules or applicable law.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the platform to harass others, impersonate others, distribute harmful or illegal material, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform operations.
8. Intellectual Property
The platform design, branding, and software are owned by ProCoach or its licensors. Coaches and users retain ownership of the content they submit, but grant ProCoach the rights reasonably necessary to host, display, and operate that content on the platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other users, or expose the platform to legal or operational harm. You may also stop using the service at any time.
10. Disclaimer
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProCoach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
