What is ProCoach?

ProCoach is a marketplace where players can connect with experienced coaches to improve their skills through 1-on-1 sessions, VOD reviews, and premium content.

Who can use ProCoach?

Anyone can create an account. Players can book coaching and access content, while coaches can offer sessions and build a business.

Do I need to pay to use ProCoach?

Creating an account is free. You only pay when booking sessions, purchasing content, or subscribing to a coach.

For Players

How do I book a session?

Browse coaches, select a time slot, and complete checkout. You’ll receive confirmation and join the session at the scheduled time.

What is included in a coaching session?

Sessions typically include gameplay review, live coaching, and a personalized improvement plan, depending on the coach.

What is “My Content”?

“My Content” includes everything you’ve purchased or unlocked through subscriptions, such as guides and videos.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are reviewed case-by-case, especially if a session was not delivered as expected.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions are billed monthly and unlock coach content. You can cancel anytime, and access continues until the end of the billing period.

For Coaches

How do I become a coach?

Complete onboarding and create your profile. You can begin offering services immediately.

Do I need to be verified?

Verification is optional. Verified coaches may receive additional trust signals on their profile, but all coaches can start offering services without it.

How do I get paid?

Payments are processed through Paypal and paid out monthly. You keep 80% of your earnings, and Skillarena takes a 20% platform fee.

Can I set my own prices?

Yes. You control your VOD review and content pricing.

Account & Security

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can delete your account from your profile settings. This removes your data from the platform, although some payment records may be retained for legal reasons.

Can I change my profile information?

Yes. You can update your profile, content, and pricing at any time.

Payments

Are payments secure?

Yes. Payments are handled by secure third-party providers. ProCoach does not store your full payment details.

Why was I charged after canceling?

Subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period. You won’t be charged again after cancellation.
