Coach Guidelines

1. Professional Conduct
Coaches must treat players respectfully and professionally at all times. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive communication is not allowed.
2. Accurate Representation
Coaches must accurately describe their rank, experience, achievements, services, and pricing. Misleading claims may result in account action.
3. Session Reliability
Coaches are expected to arrive on time, communicate clearly, and deliver the service that was offered. Repeated no-shows, cancellations, or poor reliability may lead to suspension or removal.
4. Content Standards
Content must be lawful, respectful, and relevant to the service offered. Coaches may not upload infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited material.
5. No Off-Platform Circumvention
Coaches may not use the platform to redirect users into off-platform payments in order to avoid platform fees.
6. Fair Dealing
Coaches should provide honest descriptions of what players can expect and should not guarantee unrealistic outcomes or results.
7. Verification and Review
Coach accounts may be reviewed manually. We may request additional information to verify identity, rank, experience, or eligibility to coach on the platform.
8. Enforcement
Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, refunds, reduced visibility, temporary suspension, or permanent account removal.
